Yes. The word "corridor" is the key word as the law is written in the regulations.

I was wondering about trying to rig something up for a couple big concrete square culverts I have right next to my house. Rerod with a baseplate or something but I am wondering if the baseplate would have to be pretty thick stuff.

Yes. The word "corridor" is the key word as the law is written in the regulations. Could the word "corridor" be construed to include tributaries? My interputation of this law is to be taken County wide-not just on the specific river mentioned. Anyway, to be safe I would just cover up the fish head with something so it can not be see from above!

I think they are specific about where you can have or not have exposed bait. My area here is the Missouri River with the eastern boundary being I-29.The frontage road to the west of 29 is a no-no and the east road is OK. If you guys don't know I would ask my co if I were you. LLL

Over the weekend I was working on some FS stakes. Was thinking would there be an advantage to having the T part of the stake swivel? It might help keep the chain from tangling up?
What are some of the other options for consealing the bait. Like PVC pipe, Wire mesh, Flat lid over the top?

I would think not,but just call the CO for Scott or Clinton county and ask em, then you get it from the guy who would be writing you the ticket, that's what I did for Dallas county because of the Des Moines river.
