With regards to trapping..........how does the State of Texas handle out of staters ~ who don't play "nice"...........with regards to reciprical trapping seasons, critters (bobcats).......etc
.......seems there's folks who like to head to Texas from up North.

67 lookers and not a peep.
I find it insanely hypocritical for someone to help pioneer against Non Residents..........all the while they go out of state to trap. That is BS in the highest degree!
IMHO, they need a taste of their own medicine!

I agree.
Will try and put in a phone call tomorrow to Bill Applegate about this and see if the Texas Trappers Association would bring this before their state DNR for consideration.

Texas lets anyone trap. Out of state license is $300 or $350. ILL is the same way. Any out of staters can trap for $175 except; Hawaii. They pay $250.00. Last year SD,ND,MN,and NE(I think) all had to pay $250.00 I hope it was just a typo in the new Regulations book. Lady from the IL DNR is gonna call me back and let me know.
