Just checking if it is legal to dispatch a coon with a .22 on a ROW? The rule book just says you can shoot over a ROW like over the road.

RIght of way is the road shoulder to shoulder. Highway is fence line to fence line. Yeah it's dumb the way they say it. You can not shoot a rifle fence line to fence line. You can shoot a pistol but not over the road.

So then when road trapping a pistol is ok but not a rifle? Or only blunt force?

So then when road trapping a pistol is ok but not a rifle? Or only blunt force? Yup. And you still cannot shoot the pistol over the road way or from the roadway.

It is ILLEGAL to shoot a RIFLE over water too but not a Pistol.... even in the same caliber. That's (another reason) why I carry my Single-Six on the trap line!

It is ILLEGAL to shoot a RIFLE over water too but not a Pistol. PUBLIC waters, there is no law about private waters.
