My Gawd, I'm glad this turned out the way it did. The thought of ADC in waders of any description had my mind in a bit of a tizzy.

Where are you guys finding waders sized for kids? I have looked at Scheels and Cabelas for my son. If it fits in the boot then its WAY to tall for his comfort. He's getting tired of the knee boots. I can find youth chest waders but early season they are too warm and besides, he's growing so quick that buying a new pair every years is a bit beyond my price range. Let me know and I'm there.

BPS has had youth waders. I would call first though. I do not endorse them but I know the # 712-325-6000. Don't tell them I sent you though. LLL

They were competitively priced and the tops are a nylon that is more flexible/comfortable to move in. I bought him a 5 and hope to get a couple years before he outgrows them. Once he does, I'll sell them used and buy him new again.

Are they repairable Jaymie? Looks like they would wear around the ankles in grass or briars? LLL

Are they repairable Jaymie? Looks like they would wear around the ankles in grass or briars? LLL They are attached to the top of the boot and sealed there. I think you could patch them though with shoe Goo or a similar product. Want me to bring them to central city so you can look at them?
