I think if the road is posted emergency stopping only like a free way it is off limits. Regular divided highway should be ok, but TexA is right, ask your CO.

Federal Interstate Highways are off limits to parking but one can trap them if acessing from somehee other than the roadway.
State Higway 4 laners are same as ny other ROW, park and trap.

US highways not in the Interstate system are the same as all State and County roadways!

Thanks fellas!!!! This would be U.S. Hiway... Caught my first beaver yesterday.I heard $30 to get it tanned Sounds like a good price to me. I paid $35 to Jim Smith at Toledo to get one tanned for my boy last spring. It was just rough skinned when I took it to him. He finished it, sent it in and I paid for and picked it up last fall. ~ADC~

One year a partner and I trapped I 80 right through Iowa City and Coralville. I would drop him off and then go park at the next off ramp and then I would take off walking and then he would leap frog to the next off ramp. Caught lots of coon and Fox
