Took the Iowa Handgun training course

I took the course tonight.
It was painless. Except for the $50.00 it cost. lol
It included a handout of FAQs with answers.
It was what could be sort of a lecture with student participation.
Glad I attended.

Is he from Oskalosa? If so did he offer doing a FL permit? Me and a friend are hosting a training class here in Muscatine for concealed training class in middle of January. So if anybody around Muscatine wants to get there permit let me know. He's also offering the FL permit which means you can carry in more states then the IA permit and its only $15 bucks more.

No. He is from New London.
The FAQ sheet he gave us says Iowa will honor any other states gun permit but does not say if the other state will honor ours.
He mentioned the Iowa permit will be good in several states and explained the no reciprocity Iowa position.he also mentioned the Illinois gun position and "don't carry in the post office." lol.
