"Tangle Stake" and "pre-placement of unset equipment" and "removal of equipment from field" are good terms. do we need to include anything about anti-bullying. I think most of us understand that we do not own anything in the ROW. do we need to make sure the anti-pre-stakers know they have just as much right to it as anyone even if it is pre-staked? Q/...do we need to make sure the anti-pre-stakers know they have just as much right to it as anyone even if it is pre-staked?[/quote] Yeah I think so. I really believe that and not wanting to make anyone mad is 90% of the problem. Thanks for your effort just

I believe 2 other challenges have been filed and must be dealt with. Two of the items that seem to be paramount in this discussion are a time frame before the season and limiting what can and can not be done. It is my understanding they have both been rejected by the DNR. Just what I have been told. If you want to hear their arguments ya better talk to them cause I can not speak for them.

Hey Dave, After reading some of the other state's rules concerning "cable restraints" on ADC's post on Tman, I'd be afraid to use that term in our reg's 'cause the next thing you know we'll be dealing with the same definitiions too. Scott
