Shooting OVER fence where you do not have permission is also treapassing and you do not have the right to retrieve what you shot there. If you shoot (wound) something you shot in a legal area you do have the right to retrieve it, without your weapon. Right LLL?

No Rifles in the ROW!!! Shotguns are not rifles. Pistols or revolvers are fine. Don't get pinched by something like this. Read the regs!!!!! LLL X2. As long as you are south of hwy 30 shooting slugs for deer you are fine.

Maybe I am not reading this correctly. If I need to dispatch something in the ditch I cannot use a .22 rifle to dispatch it? I have seen guys pheasant hunt in the ROW, but had permission on the ground over the fence. We see deer hunters line up in the ditch every year and shoot over the fence. They said as long as they weren't shooting over the road they are okay? Wouldn't that be the same thing. Or are these guys breaking the law??? You can dispatch with a pistol as long as you are off the roadway and/or shoulder and not shooting over the roadway. You can NE VER use a rifle from fence to fence...period. You can use a shotgun with slugs for deer hunting IF you are not on roadway/ shoulder, not shooting over the roadway AND south of Hwy 30. You can pheasant hunt from roadway as long as it is a shotgun with birdshot. Prob not the best idea though....

Yes, if you shoot a deer/ pheasant inside where you have permission to hunt, and it flys/runs over the fence and expires where you don't have permission then you have a legal right to retrieve your game without a weapon, without permission. If it needs dispatched and requires a weapon you should obtain permission first.

I don't understand what you're getting at.... ...but if you are over 21 you can carry a pistol late muzzy hunting as long as it is a caliber legal for the taking of deer. You CANNOT carry a pistol during early muzzy and CANNOT while bowhunting unless it is also during a overlapping season where a pistol is a option for taking a deer and you have a tag. If you are under 21 you have to have a gaurdian with you, or have a permit obtained because you are LE or active duty military that is required to be armed.
